Brewing Loose Tea

  1. 3 g per cup. Use ~90-95°C water.
  2. Steep ~30 seconds (or ~20-45 secs depending on method).
  3. Pour into your cup
  4. Repeat up to ~550ml. Multiple infusions (4-6+) bring out evolving floral → fruit → buttery sweetness.
